Our bar and wine fridge stopped working and Appliance Tech Y2K came to inspect unit on the same day contact was made. Communication was easy and they contacted manufacturer - unit will be replaced through warranty coverage. Great service!

Appliance Tech Y2K was assigned to me by Kithenaid for warranty work on my refrigerator. Brandon arrived at our house on time. He was very careful when bringing in his tools and parts into the home. He used booties to cover his shoes and mats to place his tools on. He proceeded with his work in a professional manner. He was very polite and easy to talk to. Great job!

Removed plug in drain tube, created a syphone loop, solved no drain issue. technician appears knowledgeable and friendly.

Brandyn was out at my house last week to repair my fridge. He was very prompt and friendly and brought the parts with him and was able to repair on the first trip to my house. Thank you for the excellent service I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

Chet (cooktop) and Brandyn (wall oven) came for different appliances. They were both great - knowledgeable and polite. What I especially liked was that they listened to your explanation of what was happening and fixed the appliances. That does not always happen, as we had another company out first (sent by the manufacturer) and the tech was rude and did not fix it. From now on, we will only use Appliance Tech Y2K. I would highly recommend them.

I called an booked an appointment and the service came out within 2 days. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the dishwasher. he had the part with him and fixed it within an hour. I was very pleased.

Raj showed up when he said he would pulled the oven out found that it was a control panel that needed to be replaced and put the oven back same at was before and got back back to me quickly about the part that needed to be replaced I’m very happy with there service.

Brandyn came out to fix my fridge that was not cooling. He called me in the morning the day of service and gave me a 2 hr time frame. He was very polite on the phone. He showed up on time and was very professional he wore sleepers in my house. He had alot of knowledge with my appliance said he has been fixing appliances for over 7 years. He fixed my fridge in one repair. I am quite pleased with his service and the overall experience with this company. I would definitely tell my family and friends to use this company.

On the 6th day of November I had my dryer serviced by Raj from Appliance Tech Y2K. Very happy with the service done by tech and parts installed by the tech. Also the tips given by the tech how to do preventive maintenance on washer as well. Same tech was at my house for fridge he also checked the dish washer as well. Raj came to our house yesterday to fix our washing machine that wasn’t draining properly. He was clean and professional and showed up on time. He was very efficient and got the job done in a timely manner. He also left the area around the washer looking the way it did when he got there, and I really appreciated not having a mess to clean up. The staff I dealt with in the office were very pleasant and friendly as well. I would highly recommend Appliance Tech Y2K to anyone looking for a company that knows what they’re doing.

I had a tech from appliance y2k come out to repair my dryer this afternoon, he completed repairs within 15 minutes and I now have a working dryer. I was recommended this company by a friend, I called on Friday and had my appointment booked for Monday, office lady was very kind. The technician was very professional and punctual with the time he confirmed my appointment for. He also gave me extra tips on how to prevent issues with my appliance. I do highly recommend service from this company!!

Our 2-year-old fridge broke. We called the manufacturer who sent Raj to look at it. We were told it would be 89$ for the first 15 min, and 29$ each 15 min after that. We figured it would cost us a lot, they would likely try to milk this. Raj showed up on time, super friendly. 15 minutes later, the 1500$ condenser was fixed. Raj told us it was still under warranty and the total bill would be $90.
